Your Future Role

We seek a highly skilled Senior Basis Engineer to oversee the daily operations of our SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, collaborate across the Service Delivery Lifecycle, and leverage technical expertise to analyze, design, build, test, implement, and maintain multiple system components or applications.

The role involves:

  • Designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA capabilities as a technical consultant.
  • Developing and maintaining strong knowledge of multi-system landscape architecture and integration aspects between heterogeneous system technologies.
  • Designing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing SAP landscapes and dependent technologies.
  • Monitoring and tuning system performance and workload.
  • Managing and performing system refreshes, and participating in the scheduling of refreshes as requested.
  • Willingness to Support On-call rotation schedule

What You Will Bring

  • A minimum of 7 years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years focused on SAP S/4HANA.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and sustain meaningful client relationships.
  • System landscape design and management experience in operations and project scenarios.
  • Plan and manage SAP systems maintenance schedule.
  • Involved in planning and testing of the DR.
  • Deep understanding of SAP best practices on Backup and Recovery.
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Implementation, upgrade, and support of the latest SAP systems versions, running on Windows/Linux OS and HANA/Sybas/Oracle/SQL Server.
  • Understanding of automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
