About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Healthcare Skills Assessor. This is an exciting opportunity to work with learners and help them achieve their full potential in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver High-Quality Training: Provide effective training and assessment to learners, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Skill Development: Assess learner skills and knowledge, providing constructive feedback to aid their growth.
- Learner Support: Offer ongoing support and guidance to learners, promoting their engagement and motivation.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate records and adhere to quality assurance procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education and Qualifications: Sector-specific qualification (minimum L3 NVQ/Diploma in Healthcare) with clinical experience.
- Skills and Experience: Proven coaching, mentoring, and assessing skills; experience of the Ofsted inspection framework; ability to work under own supervision.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with learners and stakeholders.
