About the role:
This is a hybrid role that requires a unique blend of technical and business skills. As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating and continuously developing the DAS Project Delivery Framework and underpinning processes, creating a standardized, documented Business Unit model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing all project delivery templates and artefacts, creating consistency across all projects for DAS customers
- Effectively managing, motivating and communicating with project managers to ensure they have clear and defined roles and responsibilities, and development opportunities
- Overall accountability of project and service delivery performance
- Responsible for reviewing project forecasting, highlight reports, closure reports and ensuring the DAS Project Delivery Framework is upheld
- Creation and continuous development of the DAS Governance and Reporting Model, ensuring accurate project performance reporting and analysis to Senior Leadership Team
- Onboarding and offboarding for all DAS permanent and contract staff, ensuring a consistent employee experience

- Extensive experience in project or programme management role in a customer-facing environment or equivalent
- Experience of working in a structured, quality environment
- Experience of delivering complex IT projects
- Ability to identify and effectively manage risks and issues
- Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP)
- Excellent commercial awareness including bid preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
