Job Title: Compliance Risk Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for assisting with restricted party screening as part of our sanctions compliance program.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Kharon, a risk analytics platform used for researching global trade risks. You will work closely with our team to review customer information against potential matches on sanctioned and denied party lists, clearing and escalating hits according to our Standard Operating Procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with restricted party screening and clear or escalate hits per the SOP
  • Reviewing approximately 100 sanctions screening cases per day using automated and manual screening tools
  • Conduct due diligence in Kharon and publicly available sources to research global trade risks

Requirements and Preferences:

  • Prior experience with Kharon is preferred, though not required if the candidate has experience using similar tools
  • A schedule overlapping GMT hours is preferred, but not required

Estimated Salary: $48 - $68 per hour
