Facilities and Client Services Director

COREcruitment is currently seeking a seasoned Facilities and Client Services Director to drive the success of our centres. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, manage facilities, and oversee day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to improve client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Maintain accurate facilities documentation and oversee facility management tender processes.
- Lead the Assistant Centre Manager in fulfilling their role effectively.
- Oversee essential HR functions for site staff, including disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and probation assessments.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations, Facilities Management, and client service delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required.
- This role comes with a competitive salary range of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, along with additional benefits:
