We are seeking an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our team at Teach Now. As an SEN TA, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with special educational needs, including those with physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and behavioral or emotional needs.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the classroom with the implementation of the curriculum, providing creative activities, and supervising pupils. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with young people, remaining calm in challenging situations and motivating them to reach their full potential.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good level of literacy and numeracy skills, as well as previous experience of working in a school environment. While previous experience of working with SEN pupils is desirable, it is not essential.
In return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to \u00a3100 per day. You will also have the satisfaction of knowing that you are making a real difference in the lives of young people.
