Care Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Children Residential Care Team Leader to join our team in West Midlands Complex Care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our care teams, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and their families.
Salary: £31,600 - £33,300 per annum (dependent on experience/qualifications) + 10 sleep ins per week.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the care team to ensure delivery of high-quality care and support.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with colleagues and external agencies.
- Recruit, train, and supervise care staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
- Foster strong relationships with families, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing, education).
- Experience in residential care or related field, preferably with a focus on supporting vulnerable children and young people.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
