About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Refinisher to join our team at Arnold Clark. As a Vehicle Refinisher, you will work in a busy workshop environment, restoring accident-damaged and sales vehicles to their former glory.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare vehicles for paintwork, ensuring all surfaces are clean and free of debris.
* Mask vehicles in preparation for paintwork, using high-quality materials to achieve a flawless finish.
* Carry out minor damage repairs, using your expertise to restore vehicles to their original condition.
* Polish to remove defects from vehicle paintwork, ensuring a showroom finish.
* Mix paint to apply to vehicles, using your knowledge of color theory and paint application techniques.
* Apply paint products correctly and to a high standard, using your attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a vehicle Spray Painter Paint Technician in a professional workshop
* Good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
* The ability to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative
