Job Opportunity: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ETS Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our engineering support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment, including automated systems and machinery.
  2. Conduct fault diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  3. Implement planned and preventative maintenance schedules to maximize machine efficiency and minimize downtime.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production schedules.
  5. Participate in project-based work, including the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  2. Experience working within a PLC automated environment.
  3. Understanding of PPM systems within manufacturing.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
