A caring organisation, Leaders In Care Recruitment, is looking for a dedicated Adult Nurse Manager to join our team in South West London. As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to adult clients and their families, creating personalised care plans, and working closely with a core team of carers.

About the Role:
  • Design and deliver a tailored care plan specific to an individual client's needs
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients

To be successful in this role, you should have a RGN qualification, a supportive management style, and experience of managing HCAs. A full UK driving licence is also desirable but not essential. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
