- Conduct regular programme reviews and audits, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate programme and project managers, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting best practices in project management.
- Identify, assess, and manage programme risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed programme reports, including progress, performance, and financial metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PgMP) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in programme management, focusing on IT programmes.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing project governance frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in programme management tools and software.
