Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team at Teledyne UK Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing production support across various manufacturing processes, including moulding, wiring, sensor, and connector manufacture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and assemble connectors and cable assemblies to meet quality standards.
  • Adhere to established procedures and workflows to ensure efficient production.
  • Perform soldering tasks, adhering to IPC-620 standards, with training provided as needed.
  • Operate test equipment, test fixtures, and procedures to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship in all production activities.
  • Ensure personal health and safety, as well as a safe working environment, in conjunction with Lean and 6S principles.
  • Support all production-related activities to meet customer expectations and business goals.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Ability to follow work schedules and plans.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently are required.
