Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees St Albans Hospital Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the nursery staff in providing high-quality care and education to our children.
About the Role
As a Senior Room Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, including the management of staff, resources, and facilities.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
- Leading and managing a team of nursery staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care and education provided, making recommendations for improvement.
