We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team at The Penny Black. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef with food preparation, stock management, and food hygiene.
- Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
- Oversee deliveries and ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working order.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company targets and improve kitchen performance.
