Job Summary

MWH Treatment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Digital Delivery Lead. This position is responsible for driving the adoption of digital delivery tools and strategies across the Northern Ireland framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a regional digital delivery strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the effective integration of digital tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with regional leads to identify key resources and develop a strategic in-region team.
  • Support the management of the digital delivery toolbox maturity matrix to ensure compliance with company commitments.
  • Develop and implement a regional rehearsal strategy, including tools, techniques, and training necessary for integration as business as usual.
  • Identify regional resources, both facilitators and technicians, to prepare, deliver, and run rehearsals for their programmes of work.
  • Act as a rehearsal facilitator, both on specific projects and as a coach to identified resources.
  • Develop 4D models utilizing Synchro for Digital Rehearsals, linking the model and programme, to provide visualizations.
  • Support the development, implementation, and execution of the strategy to fully adopt the use of BIM 360 Field across the region.
  • Provide momentum in the adoption of the right tools at the right time, ensuring maximum efficiencies are gained from the tools and managing system issues on a proactive basis.
