Ferrero Operations Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a multi-award-winning Field Marketing Agency, Field Sales Solutions, as a Journey Planner for the Ferrero account.
About the Role
As a Journey Planner, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient territory and journey planning to achieve agreed client objectives and support the smooth day-to-day running of the field team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare territory and journey planning using CACI software.
- Use correct communication methods to provide data to the business and clients.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects where required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CACI and use this to create effective and efficient territory and journey plans as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of territory and journey planning (CACI software training will be provided).
- Knowledge and/or experience of Field Sales and the Retail Industry.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Software.
- Ability to work with key stakeholders at all levels.
- A full clean driving licence.

As a Journey Planner for Field Sales Solutions, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum plus benefits, including incentive programmes, health, wellness, and financial guidance support, birthday leave, holiday accrual with length of service, and a performance-related bonus.
