We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Worker to join our Edinburgh Family Support Partnership team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic, responsive, and flexible support to families across the city.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with families, community partners, and other stakeholders to identify and address the needs of families.
- Develop and implement tailored support plans that empower families to take control of their lives and make positive changes.
- Provide emotional support, guidance, and advocacy to families, helping them to navigate complex systems and access resources.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of community-based initiatives that promote family well-being and resilience.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery.
