Job RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. They must also have a genuine passion for horticulture and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance.
- To develop and implement effective landscape maintenance plans to ensure our outdoor spaces remain healthy and visually appealing.
- To lead and manage a team of gardeners to achieve these goals.
- To maintain accurate records of garden maintenance activities and budgeting.
- To identify and source new equipment and materials as required.
- To represent the company at external events and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree in horticulture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in leadership or management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Driving licence (required).
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
