About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Water/Wastewater Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering projects in the water/wastewater industry for our major customers in the South.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Water/Wastewater Team in delivering circa £2M of work annually.
  • Manage the account with key water customers and deliver projects.
  • Be the point of contact for customers and suppliers, building and maintaining good professional working relationships.
  • Responsible for resourcing, project loading, and order bank management for the team.
  • Review and reflect on project delivery to identify areas for continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience of delivering PLC/SCADA projects in the water/wastewater market.
  • Ability to develop and maintain great relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Dynamic and proactive team player with a focus on delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
  • Experience carrying out site surveys to understand project requirements and produce accurate quotations.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality, while working to demanding deadlines.
What We Offer:
  • Salary from £70,000 to £80,000 depending on experience.

Actemium Automation Hampshire is an Engineering Projects business unit that delivers multi-discipline solutions in Manufacturing/Water/Fuel Storage and Distribution sectors in Southern England. We are part of the Vinci Group.

We work with key customers to manufacture pharmaceutical and consumer products, supply water, and process sewage, as well as tank storage and distribution of various oil and gas products.

As part of the VINCI Energies UK and ROI operating within Actemium Automation, we employ over 250 people at 14 locations across the UK.
