About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Buyer to join our team at Sosandar, a premium e-commerce fashion brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for buying and merchandising our Footwear & Accessories categories, working closely with our Buying Director to develop and implement our product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality products that meet our brand's aesthetic and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement buying strategies to maximize sales and profitability, analyzing sales data and market trends to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Work closely with our design team to ensure that our products are on-trend and meet our brand's quality standards.
  • Manage the critical path to ensure that products are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in buying and merchandising for a fashion brand, with a strong understanding of the e-commerce market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
