Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PAM/IAM Security Specialist to join our team at GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for reducing operational risk, improving service levels, and managing incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage End-to-End Joiner/Mover/Leaver Processes: Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees, including managing access to company systems and resources.
  2. Active Directory Management: Administer Active Directory, including Exchange and Azure-based administrations, to ensure secure and efficient access to company systems.
  3. Internal Audits and Improvement Measures: Perform regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance security and efficiency.
  4. SLA Management: Meet the IT function's Service Level Agreement (SLA) for ticket resolution, prioritizing tasks accordingly to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  5. Project Work: Collaborate with the IT team to work on projects that improve the function's capacity and capability, while also performing day-to-day IT operations.

Requirements:

  1. Advanced PAM/IAM Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in PAM/IAM, with a strong understanding of security best practices and industry standards.
  2. PAM/IAM Tools and Techniques: Advanced knowledge of PAM/IAM tools and techniques, including CyberArk exposure.
  3. Collaborative Team Working: Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical personnel, developing towards senior responsibilities.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a wide audience.
  5. Change and Continuous Improvement Mindset: A commitment to personal development and growth within the role, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  6. Autonomy and Self-Motivation: Ability to work with minimal supervision, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
