Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Huber Parking UK. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing contracts, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts, including preparation, negotiation, and administration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the site team, subcontractors, and customers to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including commercial risk reports and cost forecasts.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, including JCT management.
  • Knowledge of construction planning and execution.
  • Ability to manage contracts, calculations, and budgets.
  • Positive, self-assured, and motivated individual.
  • Productive, flexible, and eager to learn.
  • Natural leader, motivating and inspiring others.
