Engineering Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Luton Bennett. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15 and overseeing all engineering work to ensure compliance with site systems, H&S legislation, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver site projects on time and within budget
  • Implement new plant and equipment on site
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the site
  • Manage all process and production engineering activities
  • Manage contractors and oversee occasional travel to other sites

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading a maintenance team in an engineering/manufacturing industry, with relevant qualifications in an engineering discipline. Strong leadership skills and the ability to confidently introduce improvements and change are essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 + car or car allowance + 24 days' holidays + bank holidays + 8% pension + parking + sick pay + life assurance + cycle to work scheme.
