About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Manager to lead and supervise a team of support workers at The Disabilities Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the needs of our residents are at the forefront of everything we do.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation.
  • Provide line management to a designated team of staff, promoting high standards of care and professional conduct.
  • Undertake reasonable traveling requirements to fulfill the tasks and responsibilities of the role.
  • Lead and support compliance with quality audits, ensuring The Disabilities Trust's standards are met.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working within a care/support environment.
  • SSSC Registration – Supervisor in a Care Home for Adults.
  • SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards within 12 months.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable, prioritizing, planning, and organizing workload.
