Blatchford, a global leader in prosthetic technology, is seeking an experienced Clinician to lead our team as Lead Prosthetist/Centre Manager. This role will deliver the Prosthetics service on behalf of the NHS in Wolverhampton.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of the centre, ensuring a high-quality clinical service.
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical packages that meet the commercial needs of the company and are affordable to the NHS.
- Ensure care packages are effectively managed, with clinical controls aligned to best practice guidelines.
- Develop professional working relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS partners and Blatchford colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with local contract requirements and attend contract review meetings.
- Accountable for all aspects of people management, including setting clear objectives and ensuring KPIs are met.
- Participate in annual budget setting and work with the team to review service and develop an action plan for improvement.
