Job Title: Neonatal Occupational Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Leeds Children's Hospital, providing specialist care to high-risk infants and their parents.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a caseload of patients with complex health needs on neonatal units.
  2. Deliver expert intervention to support infant and parental occupations, including postural support, developmental care, and equipment provision.
  3. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including ward rounds, discharge planning, and family integrated care meetings.
  4. Contribute to operational leadership and supervision of junior staff, undergraduate students, and MDT members.
