Description:

We are seeking a skilled Psychology Professional to join our Inclusion and Additional Needs Team in Surrey. As a member of our team, you will work closely with schools, adoption services, and other stakeholders to provide early interventions and promote positive outcomes for children and families.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality psychological assessments and interventions. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and maintain accurate records and reports to monitor progress and inform future strategies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced qualifications in psychology (e.g., Doctoral degree) and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar field, preferably within the education or healthcare sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in child psychology

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
