We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Lead to join our client\u2019s Head of Services team in West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving complex industrial relations issues across the organisation, working closely with senior leaders to provide balanced advice based on risk assessment.

The role will involve:

  • \t
  • Leading on all industrial relations and dispute resolution processes, including mediation and consultation, and drafting decisions. \t
  • Working with Unions and the business to maintain and develop strong relationships. \t
  • Leading on pay negotiations and complex IR casework from investigation to resolution. \t
  • Staying up to date with new legislation and presenting it to the wider organisation for implementation. \t
  • Providing expert advice to senior leaders on the correct management of industrial relations matters.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience working across industrial relations and working with unions on a regular basis to resolve disciplinaries, grievances, and performance-related queries. You will have worked across a similar sector such as aviation, logistics, or warehouse/postal services.

You will have experience working across mediation and effective dispute resolution processes. Ideally, you will have experience working with Unite union.

You will be able to demonstrate your experience in working on multiple cases and be happy to advise on IR best practice and support.

You must have experience working across TUPE and strong project management.

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 (experience dependent) and you will be based in West London, working 3 days per week with free parking on site or easy travel links via the Elizabeth Line or M25.
