Transaction Banking Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our transaction banking product strategy, driving innovation and growth in our payments solutions.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for transaction banking, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cutting-edge payment solutions, leveraging the latest technology and industry standards.
- Manage product risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining a robust risk management framework.
- Partner with sales and servicing teams to understand client needs and develop targeted solutions, driving commercialization and revenue growth.
- Travel moderately to engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and communication.
- Proven experience in payments product management or development, with a strong understanding of payment rails and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and opportunities in complex payment systems.
- Experience with product ownership, from ideation to commercialization, with a track record of delivering successful products and solutions.
- Comfort in client-facing situations, with the ability to articulate complex payment concepts and drive business growth.
