Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team at Premier Inn Northwich South as a Front of House Team Member.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and that they feel valued and cared for.

You will work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure that our rooms are clean and tidy, and that our guests have everything they need to make their stay with us enjoyable. You will also be responsible for serving food and drinks, and for providing excellent customer service to our guests.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, and who is able to work well in a team. You should be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our business.

You will need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, and be able to commit to a regular schedule. You will also need to be able to lift and move heavy objects, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
