An exciting opportunity has arisen to work alongside experienced acute care staff in central mental health, delivering Home Treatment care, assessments, and ongoing monitoring of individuals with acute mental health illness.
Main Duties- Provide day-to-day care for patients under the supervision of a registered nurse, adhering to best practice, standards, and guidelines, and contributing to the patient's care and treatment.
- Assist the registered nurse in carrying out day-to-day care of individuals, endeavouring to provide for the holistic needs of individuals in conjunction with other disciplines within the healthcare environment.
- Assist the registered nurse in providing a high and consistent level of holistic care, maintaining the dignity and equality of the individual, including direct care.
