Key Responsibilities:
  • Space planning and layout design for Tsujiri restaurant locations.
  • Selection of furniture, fixtures, and finishes, considering both aesthetics and practicality within a restaurant setting.
  • Creation of 2D and 3D visualizations and renderings of restaurant interiors.
  • Collaboration with contractors and suppliers.
  • On-site supervision of projects to ensure design implementation aligns with plans.
  • Knowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety standards relevant to restaurants.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest restaurant design trends and technologies.
Graphic Design:
  • Designing marketing materials such as menus, brochures, flyers, in-store signage, and website graphics.
  • Developing brand identities and promotional materials that align with Tsujiri's brand guidelines.
  • Creating visually appealing content for social media platforms, including photography and videography related to food and the restaurant environment.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all design platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Social Media Management:
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and drive traffic to Tsujiri locations.
  • Creating and scheduling engaging social media content (text, images, videos) relevant to the food and beverage industry.
  • Monitoring social media channels and responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyzing social media performance and reporting on key metrics.
  • Staying current with social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in both interior design and graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant hospitality/restaurant projects.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
