We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Early Arrears Intervention Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the recovery of both historic and new, early arrears and providing an excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the team and Department's performance in the reduction of arrears.
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all internal and external Customers.
- Consistently achieve a high level of contact with Customers through all means of contact.
- Work on a series of campaigns to support the Department's aim of arrears reduction.
- Maintain the necessary relevant records and systems.
Training Provided:
This is a homeworking role with up to 4 weeks of training provided at our Sidcup office.
You will also be required to attend the Sidcup office approximately every 6 weeks for additional training, coaching and team meetings.
