About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Trauma-Informed Support Specialist to join our team in Telford.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct services to young males with complex needs
• Collaborate with the management team to provide exceptional care and support
• Record-keeping and administration, including maintaining children's files
• Participate in mandatory and regulatory training
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for young people

Requirements:

• Full UK manual driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Minimum age of 21 due to the needs of the young people
• Experience in health and social care is advantageous, but not necessary
• Ability to commute to Telford
