We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer to establish and grow our civil infrastructure department.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned civil engineer to join our team and take on a leadership role in developing and expanding our civil infrastructure department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and grow the civil infrastructure department, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and success.
  2. Lead and manage projects, teams, and resources to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation and improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  1. Chartered status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
  2. Extensive experience in civil infrastructure design and project management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  3. Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
