Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care to children? Do you have strong leadership skills and the ability to support and guide a team? We're looking for a Deputy Manager to join our senior leadership team at Impact for Change. As a Deputy Manager, you'll work alongside the Registered Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each child. You'll also oversee and support the staff team, ensuring they're equipped to provide high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 or 4 Residential Childcare Diploma and a commitment to completing their Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or equivalent. A full UK driving licence is also required. We offer a competitive salary of £42,000-£45,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including YuLife Healthcare and critical life cover, Vitality health cover, and time-served financial and annual leave increases.
This is a shift-based role with a full-time contract of 40 hours per week, based in Langport, Somerset. You'll work shifts based on a rolling rota pattern, which includes weekends and bank holidays.
