Technical Director

Tarmac Trading Limited is currently recruiting for an experienced Terminal Operations and Technical Lead.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bitumen terminal, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with experience in the Fuel, Oil, Gas, Marine Fuels, Base Oils, or Hazchem sector. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and will be able to ensure that all activities within the terminal are carried out in compliance with these regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of operations staff to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
• Maintaining and improving operational systems and processes
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

In return for your expertise and leadership skills, we offer a competitive salary of £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
