About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Packing Specialist to join our team at RSK Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe packing of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Packing Operations: Pack goods to a high standard, adhering to strict quality and safety procedures.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily packing targets, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
  • Machinery Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain packing machinery, including the Manipulator and stretch wrap.
  • Issue Reporting: Promptly report any issues with Tata machinery or equipment to our leadership team.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with our Packing Coordinator and Contracts Manager.
Requirements
  • Health and Safety: Demonstrate a strong understanding of health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Packing Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of packing processes and procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and systematic records of packing activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Forklift Operation: Possess a valid forklift truck operating license.
