Sales Administrator

Job Introduction
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our Toyota Cheltenham team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the retail sales team, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vehicle orders, taxing vehicles, and supporting Retail Managers with finance paperwork and order tracking details.
- Manage a heavy workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure vehicles are ordered to customer specifications.
About You
- Previous experience in vehicle sales administration is advantageous, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
- You will be an excellent communicator with outstanding administrative skills and attention to detail.
- You will work independently or as part of a team, engaging with colleagues to provide a smooth and efficient service for customers.
