Compensation and Benefits Senior Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Senior Professional to join our Global Reward project team. This role is crucial in supporting pay equity across multiple countries, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating clear communication across a multinational stakeholder group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excel File Management: Manage large datasets, create and maintain dashboards, and analyze compensation data to support global pay equity initiatives.
  • Project Support: Assist the Project Operations Lead in meeting key milestones, ensuring deliverables such as dashboards and KPIs are accurate and timely.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in weekly meetings with internal teams, provide insights to country HR teams, and support local issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the wider communications team to discuss analysis outcomes and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights using Word and PowerPoint.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with distributed teams across the globe, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
