Training Administrator Role
Osborne Appointments is seeking a skilled Training Administrator to join our client's successful team in Huntingdon. The ideal candidate will have experience in training administration and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Replying to member emails regarding training and assessments
- eLearning, ZOOM, and practical training bookings
- Preparing training/trainer materials for in-house and on-site training courses
- Processing eLearning students on the Learning Management System
- Processing assessment results and sending them to members/students
- Providing supporting cover for the Admin Team
- Supporting the Accredited Training Scheme
- Telephone call handling
- Other office duties as required
Requirements:
- Experience of MS Office
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
