Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Hygiene Technician to join our team at Calibre Search. As a Water Hygiene Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring water hygiene standards are maintained at an excellent level across various sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the health and safety of colleagues, contractors, and members of the public while carrying out job-related tasks.
  • Portray a professional image to clients at all times.
  • Adhere to all company policies and processes.
  • Complete all documentation and registers prior to signing in on arrival at site.
  • Conduct 6-monthly reviews of sites.
  • Perform and complete site-specific Legionella risk assessment review reports.
  • Inspect cold water storage tanks.
  • Sample CWSTs, cold outlets, and hot water systems.
  • Clean and chlorinate cold water storage tanks and their associated down systems.
  • Ensure correct paperwork is completed during site visits.
  • Report any non-compliance with water regulations.
  • Update line management on a daily basis.
  • Provide sufficient notice for the ordering of water hygiene spares and consumables, cleaning chemicals, and replacement equipment.

  • Endoscopic inspection of calorifiers
