About the Role

This is a temporary assignment starting immediately for 2 months plus, offering a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable housing contractor.

As a Residential Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with the project team to coordinate site activities, manage resources, and maintain a safe working environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site operations, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitor and control site costs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Develop and implement site-specific plans to achieve project goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Residential Site Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
