About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to support our Nursery Manager in delivering outstanding care and education to our children. As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Early Years Educators, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, and contributing to the development of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Early Years Educators to deliver high-quality care and education to our children
  • Support the Nursery Manager in achieving targets relating to occupancy, revenue, and staff retention
  • Assume overall responsibility for the nursery in the manager's absence
  • Uphold exemplary levels of customer care and promote the company values

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Hold an early years qualification at level three or above and have demonstrable experience of working in a leadership role in a nursery setting
  • Have excellent knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements
  • Be able to inspire a large team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children
