About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting client sites, inspecting work, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. They will also analyze project drawings, write reports, and act as a direct point of contact for clients and contractors.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with site management, contracts management, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Visiting client sites to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Inspecting work to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Analyzing project drawings to ensure works are completed to specification
  • Writing detailed reports and presenting findings to the team
  • Acting as a direct point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Liaising with site management, contracts management, and other teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a construction environment and in a Clerk of Works or similar role
  • Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety regulations
  • Wide understanding of the building industry, including materials, trades, methods, and legal requirements
  • High levels of attention to detail and excellent communication skills
