Senior Pastry Chef Position
We are recruiting for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at Eton College Careers. As Head Confectioner, you will be responsible for managing the dessert section of our central dining facility, Bekynton.

About the Job
This role involves preparing and serving high-quality desserts for pupils/staff at the College, as well as catering for events and hospitality services. You will need to meet agreed standards for food preparation and presentation of desserts at all times.

Your Key Tasks
  • To prepare, cook and serve any food delegated as your responsibility ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained.
  • To develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dessert experience for our clients.
