We are currently seeking a highly skilled Composite Component Fabrication Professional to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will play a crucial role in the development and manufacture of high-quality composite components.

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with our expert team to produce complex components using a range of techniques, including prepreg materials, resin infusion, and gelcoat application.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for working with composite materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture of complex composite components using prepreg materials and resin infusion
• Application of gelcoat and finishing treatments to achieve high-quality finishes
• Collaboration with the design team to ensure accurate interpretation of technical drawings

Requirements:

• Proven experience in composite component fabrication, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent understanding of composite materials and processes
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and ability to maintain accurate records

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience
• 5 weeks paid holiday per annum plus bank holidays
