Training Coordinator

This role will be key in managing and executing EMEA based initiatives for the Training & Development team at Jefferies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain calendar invitations for multiple training programs.
- Coordinate training schedules and calendars for program faculty, both internal and external.
- Manage all onsite logistics including set-up of training rooms, greet facilitators, print materials, handle AV requests, create nametags and attendance sheets.
- Communicate with participants about upcoming training classes and events.
- Maintain accurate participation records (e.g., attendance lists from in-person and Zoom courses, training evaluations, and feedback forms).
- Manage contracts and ensure timely payment to vendors.
- Review and update training materials as necessary.
- Assist with the logistics and organization of wellness initiatives for the London office.
Requirements
- Exceptional project management skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment.
