Senior Architectural Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in architectural technology, with a degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or a similar field. You will have extensive experience in Revit and AutoCAD, as well as job running experience and the ability to produce high-quality tender and construction packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage and oversee junior members of the team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or a similar field
  • Extensive experience in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Job running experience and ability to produce high-quality tender and construction packages
  • Strong technical abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
