**Job Title:** Property Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager to join our team at Norse Group. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality property and valuation services to meet the needs of our clients.

**About the Role:**

  • Deliver asset management and valuation services to meet prescribed targets in accordance with all relevant policies, standards, and legislation.
  • Provide effective day-to-day property and valuation advice to clients.
  • Manage a caseload in accordance with initiatives and directives to maintain outputs of appropriate quality.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in estates-related discipline.
  • Sound knowledge of valuation methodology and all property valuation techniques.
  • Experience of working within or with local authorities, and/or large public sector organizations.
